SBI Clerk 2014 – Result of Written Exam Declared

SBI has released the result for the first phase of SBI Clerk 2014 recruitment. This exam is held for selecting candidates for the post of assistants in the clerical cadre in SBI branches all over the country. The first phase is to be followed by a second phase which will begin somewhere in the end of December and expected to go on till mid of January next year.

SBI Clerk 2014 – First Phase Clear, What Next?

For those who have been selected in the first phase, they can download the call letters and biodata form and start preparing for the second phase. The second phase consists of group discussion and personal interview.

The group discussion and personal interview is a great platform to make up for any shortcomings in your written exam. If you scored less in written exam, you can easily make up for the lost marks to an extent by scoring high in GD and PI. If you have scored good in your written exam, a great GD and PI will help you to get a higher score as compared to other candidates.

SBI Clerk 2014 – Those Who Didn’t Make It

For those of you who didn’t make it past the first round, there is no reason to lose heart.

  • This is not the end of the line. While it may be very prestigious to get into SBI, but there are also public sector banks that hire and have good salaries.
  • You should analyze where you make mistakes during the exam or during your preparation. This will ensure that you do not make these mistakes again and clear the exam next time.
  • You should work on your time management skills to make sure that you complete your exam with time to spare.

for sbi clerk interview, it is written in call letter:
Character Certificates issued by any two of the following —
(a) Head of the School / College last attended
(b) Gazetted Officer
(C) Previous / present employer, if any
i have got Character Certificates from two officers. is it okay?

I would recommend that you get a character certificate from head of school/college too since it has been mentioned “ANY TWO”
